Welcome back to another episode of dissecting success. I'm super excited to hop on here. And I had an epic velocity masterclass. No, you cannot get the replay anymore. It is officially finito done. But you can still come join us in momentum. You know, one of the VTVT cool things that happened during this masterclass and I wanted to talk about that was the amount of comments we received, about how impactful it was what we taught. And multiple people were reflecting back to us that it didn't feel like another coaching calls with steps that we just reiterated what they've already heard a million times, but it that it seems really authentic and different and unique. And so it's like listening to this. And I was as I was reading these messages, I was kind of laughing and I was like, Is that actually what people do they just teach some alto coaches steps and some other mental steps and what they wrote and some like business blueprint, and I was kind of giggling because I'd never thought about it that way. And plan I certainly we legitimately teach you and share with you what we have developed through our own experience for building clients, businesses, our own businesses, me for scaling a business from seven to eight figures, my own business from zero to six figures. And now on the process of scaling to multi six figures. And it's really, really cool to actually I mean, it was kind of funny one because I was like Do people actually do that. And two, it really made me celebrate you and I bled it made me celebrate, like what we do and how we do it and, and how much expertise you and I bring to the plate. And the first thing I read was actually a message that read this, I'm gonna read it to you. So I've been deep into answering this all day, this was in response to a message, I spent about four hours trying to research similar information online. To be honest, I couldn't find anything worth anything. I've learned more about business and five days and I have well ever.Blair Kaplan Venables:
You know, like that just says it all. So we did our three hour masterclass. And then we did a five day challenge. And the challenge actually took what we talked about in the master class and gave the people who participated in an interactive way to take what they've learned and implement it. And I am that feedback came from that and this person visibility grew. The people who wanted to work with him grew. It's just amazing. And it's interesting, I was getting some feedback. Also like, wow, I didn't know how you were going to do it for three hours because usually I get bored but it was so entertaining and the time flew by. And we also got comments about that was one of the best best classes I've been to in a long time. And I think it's because not only do Teresa and I have this like huge amount of knowledge, but like, we work really well together and we're we're edutainment we educate well entertaining and that's one of my core values. That's one of the empowerment pillars and threesome, I teach you what we know not only what we know, but when we've done what we've done scaling, thought leadership, visibility, content creation, we and we love it. This is what we do. We do this stuff on our own but what When we team up together, and we, you know, do it only once a year, or maybe sometimes twice, where you have this chance to come into our world and get two to one coaching. And, you know, I'm, I don't know how many people are going to join us, I don't have a crystal ball in my hand. And to be honest, the exact right amount of entrepreneurs will come and join us the amount of entrepreneurs and the people that are really ready, ready to grow, ready to scale, ready to put into work ready to actually create the momentum that they want, and not just talk about it. Because a lot of people just talk about that they want momentum, just talk about that they wanted this wildly successful business, but they don't show up for it. And I know the cool people that are going to come into our wealth and do this, the entrepreneurs that are also going to show the f up for it. Yes,Blair Kaplan Venables:
yeah. And so like is momentum right for you? Well, basically, you have a business and you want to scale it, but you don't know how you want to you see what me and Teresa are doing online and want to learn how we do it, you're ready to take the business, your business to the next level with us. And when you come into momentum, you walk away and you start building a solid business strategy for your business that is scalable, you get a brand strategy and you have refined messaging that we both work on with you, you get a strategy to create proper pricing and a launch strategy and essentially, take everything that's floating around in your head, putting it to paper and making it a logical strategy to implement. We we've had conversations where people share their pricing, there's a good chance you're not charging enough. But how do you how do you know how much to charge? Right? AndTheresa Lambert:
how do you know how to position it. So people pay? Yeah, you want to charge because it's not just up in your prices, it's also getting the messaging, right. So they actuallyBlair Kaplan Venables:
pay you that. And then you get tools and resources to use for publicity. We work on a media bio, build a publicity plan. I mean, I keep forgetting because it doesn't feel real. But I know it's real. But I have a TV deal with Amazon Prime coming out, I'm filming in March, like I have a very strategic strategy of what I'm doing. And I have a goal and I'm working towards it. And this is part of the plan. I will teach you how to do that. I'll teach you how to do that. We teach you how to do that. And, you know, you don't have to build your business alone, I was building my business alone for the first 10 plus years. And as soon as I invested in a group coaching program, I restructured my business. And I immediately was making over five figures a month, over six figures a year because what I realized was going into this program was that I was at capacity. I was at capacity for what I could charge and the services I offered. And then I learned how to restructure my business to give me more time and space and availability, and increase my prices. And it's scalable, it's scalable.Theresa Lambert:
I think that's so important to you know, I think a lot of us just mimic what we see or just you know, Google search, or follow advice of somebody that you see online and while that can be beneficial. You're never going to be able to really fully understand the strategy Find it or the logic behind it. And oftentimes, we end up creating business models that are not sustainable. We are not putting enough strategy behind actually creating recurring cash flow in our businesses, which means our nervous systems have text constantly, because we're like, I gotta make another sale, I need another client, I do another this and you go into this entrepreneur rat wheel, that's quite normal, actually, for people. And then you always have this choice of being like, if I sacrifice my well being, I can take on another two clients, if I sacrifice my time, I can take on another few clients. But the problem is, it's crashing down. It's not sustainable. You can't keep doing it. And you certainly won't be scaling your business and listen up, we all screw up, we all make mistakes, we all do shit, and then figure out it doesn't work that way. But the thing is, you don't have to do that. You don't have to do that. And you can do anything on your own. You can, but it's going to take you longer, it's going to cost you more money. And I think that's something to always think about too, right? Like some of you have been listening to this podcast for a long time, I've been following us for a long time you come to free events that blend I do both together. And individually, you show up, you participate, and then you stand at the edge and you're bout to leap and you know, you want to come into momentum and you know where you want to invest? And then you're like, Ah, no, no, no, not yet. Not yet. Not yet. And so a question that I want to leave you with today is, how much is it going to cost you? If you're still in this place in your business, and six months from now? Don't just look at how much it costs you to invest into a program. Yeah, momentum is $8,888. There's payment plans. We are super flexible, we work with you. But how much is it actually going to cost you? If in six months from now, your business is still making the same? How much money? Are you actually leaving on the table? by Googling and doing it alone? How many hours of work? How much time are you wasting? How much money are you leaving on the table by saying I am not ready today, because you keep being scared about making that one investment. Instead of actually seeing what's on the other side of having the knowledge, having the wisdom, having the access, getting the momentum, getting the clients getting the publicity, getting all the things that you want in your business? Because you see one investment that in the grand scheme of things to be quite fucking honest, is small. So how much is it going to cost you to stay where you are?
